“Self-care is not self-indulgence, it is self-preservation.”
– Audre Lorde
It is believed that when your physical, mental or emotional wellbeing are under stress, your body will be in a state of imbalance and therefore will not work to its optimum.
The holistic approach is based on the principle that the entire person is considered. This means being able to focus on the root cause rather than masking a presenting symptom.

Welcome to Natural Therapies by Katie. I provide a range of Holistic Therapies from either my private treatment room based in Stansted Mountfitchet or from the comfort of your own home – covering areas across East Herts and Essex. On Thursdays, I am based at Woo Wellness in Bishops Stortford.
I am passionate about helping others to improve their wellbeing by offering relaxing and rejuvenating treatments. I believe in practicing holistically and focusing on both your physical and emotional needs.
I look forward to sharing the benefits of my treatments with you soon!

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Katie for her Reflexology treatment. I have been going for a few weeks now and really feeling the benefits. Katie really listens to your individual needs and tailors the session accordingly- plus the setting is incredible. Feel very relaxed and at ease.
Had two of the most incredible treatments with Katie over the weekend. Before starting, she talked through what I wanted to get out of the experience. She really listed to my needs and provided individualised treatments, which were exactly what I had asked for. Her treatment room is so comfortable, relaxing and smells like heaven! Have already got my next appointment booked in and can’t wait to go back.
