With 15 years experience working within the wellness industry, I have gathered a wealth of knowledge and understanding into the benefits of touch. I have witnessed first-hand the positive and calming effects it can have on a person’s well-being.

My love of travel has led me to explore various cultures and experience traditional therapies from across the world. Experiencing each first hand has enabled me to gain as much insight into the believed benefits and purposes associated to them. As my interest in the holistic approach to health grew, I knew this was where my heart belonged and I wanted to focus my future as a holistic therapist. Using the experience and knowledge I have gathered; I have been able to develop effective techniques to enhance the therapies I offer.

I took the opportunity to study at The London School of Reflexology in 2016 where I attained a Level 3 Diploma. I have since continued my studies, completing courses in Baby Reflex™ and Toddler Reflex™, Functional Reflexology, Hot Stone Reflexology, Facial Rejuvenation Massage, Kansa Vatki Foot Massage, Cancer Care and accredited training for Challenging Behaviour and Dementia Care.

Following the birth of my son Seth last year, I have applied Baby Reflex techniques on him from an early age. Having personally witnessed the benefits that reflexology had on Seth, it confirmed my belief that children should be able to receive the same positive effects – not just the adults!

Since completing my training as a practitioner, I am passionate about sharing Baby Reflex with parents, grandparents and guardians to enable them to use this invaluable tool on their own children from their own home.
