Punctuality

Please ensure you are at the right place of treatment on time and ready to receive your treatment , as any delays may reduce your treatment time. All appointments will end at their scheduled time to ensure that the next client will not be delayed and a full charge will be applied. On the rare occasion when I may be running more than 10 minutes late, you will be informed by telephone. If a delay of more than 10 minutes causes you inconvenience, an alternative appointment time can be arranged to suit you.

 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please give 24 hours notice as this will give me the opportunity to offer this time slot to someone else. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will be a subject to a charge of 50% of the total treatment that was booked. Cancellations should be made by calling or sending a text message to 07917 842215.

 

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift Vouchers will not be accepted after the expiry date. Gift Vouchers can be used for treatments offered Monday through to Friday. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. You are not under any obligation to redeem the full value of your gift voucher during one session. Late cancellation and missed appointments, as mentioned above, also apply to gift vouchers.

 

Data and GDPR

Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be securely kept in the strictest confidence. Details will not be passed on to third parties.

 

Medical conditions

All known medical conditions must be disclosed prior to your appointment as a note from your GP may be required. This is particularly important if you know you are pregnant at the time of booking, as some treatments may not be suitable for you.

 

Children

Children under 16 will have to be accompanied by an adult.

 

Payment

Payment can be made by cash, cheque, debit/credit card or bank transfer on completion of the treatment.

Natural Therapies by Katie abides by the Association of Reflexologists Code of Practice and Ethics.

 

Initial Treatment

For the first treatment I allocate 1 hour 30 minutes to include a full consultation. This will give me a full understanding of any ailments, conditions and needs, allowing you to receive the maximum benefit from your treatment.
